Mataruska Spa is located in central Serbia, on the right bank of the Ibar river, at an altitude of 215 meters, 160 km south of Belgrade. Mataruska Spa has moderate continental climate.
Natural healing:
Mataruška Spa mineral water has a temperature of 42°C to 51°C with a lot of sulfur (25 mg/l).

The spa is surrounded by a rich cultural and historical heritage and monasteries: Zica (the endowment of Stevan the First Crowned from the 13th century), Studenica (12th century), Ljubostinja (14th century), medieval town of Maglic.
Natural values in the area:
The surrounding mountains of Stolovi, Troglav and Cemerno are very pleasant for excursions, hunting and mountaineering.
