Location, Climate:
Old Mountain is the largest and most beautiful mountain in eastern Serbia; it stretches out as a natural border with Bulgaria. Babin Zub is one of the peaks of Old Mountain, and is situated 1,780 m above sea level.


The top itself - Babin Zub, belongs to the continental climate zone, where summers are extremely hot and dry, winters are cold with strong winds and snow, and the transitional seasons are barely perceived throughout the year.
